Health workforce: The full team was trained to conduct gynecological consultancy in the dedicated gynecology room.
Service delivery: An essential package of gynecological care, including protocols, has been developed and implemented. A team has been trained, a dedicated consultation room including a pharmacy has been established: it is now possible to detect and treat main causes of morbidity and mortality related to gynecological problems in Akonolinga hospital; 1210 consultations were conducted during ESTHER funding.
